De Franse gerechten met Caribische tint waren mooi opgemaakt. Oog voor detail en bij sommige gerechten complimenteren de keukens elkaar. In uitvoering nog ruimte voor verbetering evenals wat meer gelaagdheid in smaken. Octopus was overgaar en beetje chewy en enkele aardappelfondants ongaar. De cocktail en mocktail perfect bereid.
Op 7 juni met vrienden gegeten bij Just aan de Mauritsweg in Rotterdam. Gastvrij ontvangst, was niet echt druk. Gekozen voor 5 gangen menu.
